1973 Mercury Cougar Scale Model Car
Today I sanded and trimmed the areas on the body that needed it such as seam lines and flashing from when the body was injection molded. I also worked on the edge of the hood lines which I had previously been working on. The vehicle body is almost ready for painting which will be another day. I am going to visit a paint specialty store and purchase matching paint from when the real vehicle was manufactured. This will be a really nice touch, having paint that is close to or an exact match of a factory issued exterior color.
